Case Background:

Gypsum is a common mineral in nature world, with thick and extensive evaporite beds in association with sedimentary rocks.

Gypsum board is mainly used as a finish for walls and ceilings, and is well known in construction as drywall, sheetrock or plasterboard.

Our customer needs to process gypsum for Gypsum board factory

He required the final product’s fineness up to 150 Mesh and 120Mesh. Our engineers recommended Trapezium Mill (TGM100) and made a complete gypsum production line for him.

After being transported from the mining site, raw gypsum should be sent to jaw crusher, the gypsum quarry is fed and crushed to meet the feeding size of Trapezium Mill. And then the gypsum will be ground to the required fineness: 150Mesh, 120Mesh.The final product is suitable for making gypsum board.
